Conditions of Use
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the beg taka platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using beg taka, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Access to beg taka is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
Each player may hold only one beg taka account. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
All games on beg taka use certified Random Number Generators. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated betting software, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. beg taka does not accept third-party funding. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same method used for the original deposit where possible.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the beg taka platform — whether via web browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access — you ("the User", "the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their current form, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the beg taka platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the beg taka platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. beg taka is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful, and beg taka takes a zero-tolerance approach to any attempt by persons under 18 to access the platform.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using an online gambling platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering an account or placing bets.
- You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions that would prohibit your participation in online financial transactions.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of beg taka, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless you have received explicit written authorisation from beg taka management.
beg taka reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, without providing prior notice. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, beg taka will suspend or close the relevant account and any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of features on the beg taka platform — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile phone number.
Account Accuracy
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension or closure, with any pending withdrawals cancelled and bonus balances forfeited.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
beg taka is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of one or more of the following: government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. beg taka will process KYC submissions within 2 business days. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beg taka login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. beg taka will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify beg taka support immediately at the email address listed in the footer of this page.
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one beg taka account. If beg taka identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — all associated accounts will be closed, bonus balances forfeited, and any withdrawals processed during the period of multiple-account operation may be reviewed and potentially reversed.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
beg taka supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances and transactions on the beg taka platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on beg taka is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your beg taka account instantly upon confirmation in your mobile financial services app. There are no deposit fees charged by beg taka; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which beg taka bears no responsibility. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by beg taka within the following indicative timeframes, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements being outstanding on your account:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 1–4 hours from request submission
- Upay: 2–6 hours from request submission
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days from request submission
beg taka reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account is newly registered, or unusual account activity has been detected. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Currency & Conversion
All balances, bets, wins, bonuses, and transactions on the beg taka platform are displayed and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). beg taka does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion applied by a player's bank or mobile financial services provider is outside beg taka's control and is the player's sole responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering
beg taka is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. beg taka reserves the right to freeze accounts, suspend withdrawals, and report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities. Players must not use the beg taka platform as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment accounts without genuine gambling activity. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
Bonuses & Promotions
beg taka offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below, as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, initial KYC verification.
- Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement) which must be met in full before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- Bonus offers have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed before the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account.
- beg taka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements already accepted by a player will be honoured.
- Bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated. Where a player is eligible for multiple promotions simultaneously, only one may be claimed at a time.
Bonus Abuse
beg taka employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or systematically withdrawing bonus winnings without genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is detected, beg taka reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the player's account without notice.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the beg taka platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and legal action where appropriate:
- Registering more than one account on the beg taka platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or in communications with beg taka support.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or misconfigured odds that are clearly the result of a malfunction rather than an intentional offer by beg taka. Any winnings generated through exploitation of such errors are not payable and will be voided.
- Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event, or placing bets with knowledge of a pre-arranged or manipulated result.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform for which you do not have authorisation, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at beg taka staff, other players, or any person connected with the platform.
- Allowing or facilitating access to your beg taka account by any third party, including family members.
beg taka reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its players, including but not limited to suspending accounts under investigation, reversing bets placed in violation of these terms, and referring matters to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Game Rules & Fairness
beg taka offers a broad library of casino games and sports betting markets, all of which are governed by individual game rules in addition to these overarching Terms & Conditions. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
Casino Games
All casino games available on the beg taka platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual table games — are supplied by internationally recognised third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ezugi. Sports Betting

Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a bet, beg taka will make all reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not technically possible, the affected round or bet will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays — this is a universal gaming industry standard and applies to all games on the beg taka platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
beg taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Multiple account registration.
- Detection of underage access.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
- Use of prohibited software or exploitation of technical errors.
- At the request of the player themselves, including requests made via the self-exclusion programme.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their beg taka account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at the email address in the footer of this page. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and any available real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to a permanent exclusion. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beg taka, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the beg taka platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform, regardless of whether those losses arise from technical malfunction, user error, or any other cause.
- Interruptions to platform access caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, internet connectivity failures, or events outside beg taka's reasonable control (force majeure events).
- Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
- Errors in odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected under the malfunction or manifest error policy.
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card networks.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits beg taka's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Amendments & Governing Law
beg taka reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively alter your rights or obligations as a player — beg taka will provide notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent in-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the beg taka platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the voluntary account closure procedure described in Section 8.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and beg taka, you should first contact our support team by email and allow up to 10 business days for the matter to be investigated and a response provided. beg taka will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. For betting disputes, the decision of the beg taka trading team, based on available data and these Terms & Conditions, will be considered final once the internal review process is complete.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the beg taka platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and beg taka with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
